Main Hall

There are two serving hatches, one for the bar and one for the Kitchen.  Both are linked through the Kitchen allowing you to connect both service areas.


Hirers wishing to sell alcohol will need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice which can be obtained from Wychavon online by clicking here

If you aren't selling alcohol then there's no need to apply for a license.  In both cases please respect our Neighbours during your event and when you leave.

Our Main Hall seats up to 120 for dining and is licensed for upto 200 for dancing.  It comes with a modern, well equipped kitchen with cutlery and crockery provided.


The Stage area is complimented by a light rig and sound system allowing the connection of a Microphone and other AV equipment.  It makes it the perfect place for any production

A large marquee is available for hire, which can be sited next to the main hall making an impressive space or large events.  The Marquee is positioned in order that transition between the Main Hall and Marquee is seamless.

Our fully fitted Kitchen is large and provides the perfect catering facility for your event.  Appliances include:

  • Fully fitted Oven and Grill

  • Large Fridge Freezer

  • Warming Cupboard

  • Microwave

Other facilities include large sink and hot water unit, loads of cupboard space and all the relevant safety equipment, e.g. fire blanket

As a Charity we provide & maintain our Village Hall for use by local User Groups regardless or religious, cultural or ethnic origins.  Our Registered Charity number is 509414
